サンタさんも人の子。（多分）続き Even Santa Claus is Human. (Maybe) Continued
みなさん、こんにちは！
Hi, everyone!
もうすぐクリスマスですね♪ 今週末に旦那の実家に帰るのですが、今は学校がお休みなので稼ぎ時ということで私はまだ働いています！
It's almost Christmas! ♪ This weekend I'm heading to my husband's family's house, but since I'm on break from school, I'll be working this week to earn a little extra.
学校に行っている間に勉強しきれなかった英単語や英語の動画を見ながらの勉強をしたいところですが、気が緩んでしまいます（笑）
I've wanted to study by watching videos of English and vocabulary that have been impossible for me to learn while going to school, but I keep losing motivation. (Haha)
実家に帰ったら色々したいことがあるので待ち遠しいです。
I'm really excited to go home for the break since there are many things I want to do.
久しぶりにシムズで遊ぶ時間があったので遊んでみました！
So since it's been a while since I had some free time, I decided to play some Sims!
ちなみにシムズ２で遊んでみたのですが、英語版だったので操作方法がよくわからず諦めました(^^;
By the way, I tried playing The Sims 2, but since it was the English version, I didn't really know how to play and just gave up. (^^;

こちらのお二方。ブリアナは妊娠中です。
These two. Brianna is now pregnant.
シムズがアップデートされたからなのかブリアナの家の近くに公園ができていました。
I think that the Sims was updated, so there is a new park that was built near Brianna's house.
売店もあったので見てみようと思ったのですが、何やらサンタが楽しそうに誰かと話している様子が......
Since there was a new food stand, I thought I'd go take a look at it, but for some reason, it looks like Santa was chatting with someone.
あらあら？人数が増えていますね。怪しいのでブリアナを呼んできました。悪い芽は早めに摘むのが一番ですからね。
Huh, huh? More people are showing up. Something seemed off, so I called Brianna over. You know, since it's best to pull it out by the roots before something blossoms.
危険を察知したのかさりげなく逃げだす一人の女の子。
One girl casually started to walk away after sensing impending danger.
もう一人はミランダですね。よく見たら左薬指に指輪はめてません？なぜですか？
The other girl was Miranda. If you take a closer look, doesn't she have a ring on her left ring finger? Why?
ちなみにここまで私何もしてないですからね。ブリアナにイチゴサンデーを買ってあげただけです。
I mean, I haven't done anything yet like that. I just bought her a strawberry sundae.
左下の感情ステータス見てください。どうやらサンタはいちゃついてたようです。
Take a look at the emotion status on bottom left. For whatever reason, it looks like Santa was trying to get fresh with her.
最低ですね。調子乗ってますね。
He's the worst. What a cad.
やけになったブリアナは酒場へ。本当は妊娠中のお酒はよくないですからね。
Brianna feels depressed, so she heads to the bar. In real life, drinking while pregnant is pretty bad.
今のところ飲んでないようですが、マスターに話でも聞いてもらいたかったのでしょう。そういう時もありますよね。
She's never drunk before, but she just wanted the bartender to listen to her. I guess we all have those times, huh.
ブリアナこの時臨月できちんと休めてないうえに悲しいこともあったので寝込んでしましました。そこに弁明しに来たのかミランダの姿が。
On top of not resting enough while being in her last month of pregnancy, this sad event happened too, so she has been laid up in bed for a while. Miranda shows up, maybe to apologize for earlier.
今は右下の欲求ゲージにもある通り彼女は睡眠不足なので応えることができません。
But at this point in time, as her desires gauge on the bottom right shows, she has a serious lack of sleep and can't answer the door.
ちなみにブリアナのコマンドには初めから「ひっぱたく」「怒鳴る」とあったのでもし彼女が元気があるとすればもっとすごいことになっていたかもしれません。
Also, I noticed that when I click on Miranda, the first commands that show up for Brianna are "Slap" and "Yell at," so if she had more energy, it would probably turn into something a little more violent.
次いでサンタが来ました。サンタ服を着ているのは冬が近いからでしょうか？準備に忙しいのでしょう。
Next up, Santa comes by. Since he's wearing his Santa suit, maybe winter is approaching? Probably busy getting ready.
それはともかくサンタを返すわけにはいかないので家に入れることに。ミランダが出た後で眠れていないにも関わらず、何回もすぐに起きてしまう現象がおこるのでベッドをランクアップしたところ落ち着きました。
Anyway, she wouldn't just send Santa home, so I decided to let him in. She couldn't sleep after Miranda left, but she kept waking up several times, so she calmed down after I bought her a better bed.
ブリアナが疲労回復したところで陣痛開始。これにはさすがにサンタも焦っているようです。しかしブリアナの尿意と食欲ゲージは限界に。サンタになんて構っていられません。私ならこの間にご飯を作ってあげようと思うんですけどね。
And just as Brianna recovered from her fatigue, she started to have labor pains. Of course, even Santa seems to be panicking over this. But Brianna's bladder and hunger gauge are at their limit. Santa doesn't even give a care. If I was him, I would make her something to eat.
子どもが生まれるまでに時間はかかりますから休めるうちに休んでおきましょう。
って、サンタは呑気に何やってるんですかね。父親としての自覚がありませんね。
Since there is still some time left before the baby is born, let's get some rest while she still can... Is what I would say, but Santa is over here just being happy-go-lucky about it all. He doesn't seem to get that he's going to be a father.
臨月だと欲求ゲージがすぐに下がるのでしょうか。もうすぐ赤ちゃんが生まれます！👶
If it's the last month of pregnancy, then maybe her desire gauges go down faster. The baby will be born soon! 👶
この大事な時にサンタはいません！帰っちゃったんですね、なんてことを！
Santa isn't even here during such an important time. He went home! What the heck!?

サファイアちゃんが生まれてから休む暇が無いようで見てるこっちが惨めに思えてきます(^^;
After Sapphire was born, it doesn't look like there has been any time to rest, so looking at this sad scene makes me feel sorry for her. (^^;
父親がそばにいないって辛いですね。眠れなさ過ぎてとうとう倒れてしまいました。ベッドに行くこともままならないのでベビーシッターを呼びましょう。
It's really hard not having the father around. Since she's barely gotten any sleep, she's reached her limit and fallen over. She can't even make it to her own bed, so let's call a babysitter.
いくらなんでも元気のない人に意地悪しようだなんて思えませんからね。
I don't have the heart to do anything mean to someone in such a sorry state.
しばらく彼にサファイアちゃんの面倒を見てもらいましょう。これで一安心。
At least, he will watch Sapphire for a while now. What a relief.
通常なら保育士さんが何か食事を用意してくれるのですが、サファイアちゃんのお世話につきっきりだったので仕方がありません。社交ゲージも限界だったので彼に話し相手になってもらうことに。
Normally, a babysitter would make some food too, but since he was constantly watching Sapphire, not much else could be done. Since Brianna's social gauge was at its limits, I decided to have her talk to him.
保育士さんが帰った後、今更ですがサンタが来ました。遊びにいってもいい？お世話させてもらってもいい？の間違いですよね？
After the babysitter went home, of all times, Santa decided to finally show up. He's stepping into deep water with asking "Want to hang out at my house?" instead of "Can I help you with anything?"

Santa is perplexed at seeing his first child. "Why did you give her such a weird name?" he asks. Because he wasn't there, and Brianna wasn't able to think right when her head was frantically spinning with fatigue.

ブリアナが育児に追われている間、懲りないサンタはミランダとデートしまくっています。落ち葉集め？私がやったのは小学生くらいでしょうか。
While Brianna's got a lot on her shoulders with taking care of their child, Santa just hasn't learned his lesson and keeps dating Miranda. Playing in the leaves? Really? I was doing that when I was in elementary school.
やはりそういうことになりましたか。最低なサンタさん。全世界のサンタさんに申し訳ないので彼の本名で呼びましょう。
It's not like I didn't see this coming. Santa, you're the worst. I'm sorry to all the Santas of the world for using your name on him.
しかしこの小さな田舎町、噂がひろまるのは早いですから人目を気にしてかフロスティはすぐにブリアナに結婚を申し込むことに。ブリアナに子どもを産ませた責任も感じているようで。
But since this is a small rural town, rumors spread quickly, so not wanting to offend the public eye, he proposes to Brianna immediately. It seems that he even feels some responsibility for giving birth with her.
もちろんブリアナはプロポーズを受け入れ結婚することに。そこに愛があるのかわかりませんが、彼女は子どもがいるので必死です。

すると突然ミランダが。この人も懲りませんね。相手が結婚しようがお構いなしですね。思いっきり不倫ですね。現実世界のミランダもSNSで相手が結婚していようが彼女がいようが関係ない。奪ったもの勝ちと呟いていましたからね。闇落ちが著しいです。
But of all a sudden, Miranda appears. She hasn't learned her lesson either. She doesn't care if Frosty is getting married. She's determined to make him unfaithful. I saw it in her texts, but the real world Miranda also doesn't care if the guy she likes is marrying someone or has a girlfriend. She muttered "survival of the fittest." It's honestly amazing how far she's fallen.

As soon as Brianna isn't looking, this happens. Ugh. Even though he even tells her he's getting married soon. This is what I would call "the ultimate slimeball." (This isn't too old of a term, is it?

That's enough for today! I felt pretty sick and took a break after this. (^^;
年末に風邪をひくことってないんですけどね。ただ今回は症状が軽かったのでよかったです。みなさんも風邪にはきをつけてくださいね！
So far, I haven't caught a cold at the end of the year. At least, the symptoms have gotten lighter than before, so that's nice. Make sure you all take care not to catch a cold!
